ABOUT US
Universally Speaking provides education and training solutions to meet communication and intercultural connection needs. We partner with organizations to develop and deliver programs for Internationally Educated Healthcare Professionals (IEHPs), identifying communication challenges faced in the healthcare sector from client, professional and organizational perspectives. We engage multiple delivery formats to provide scalable and accessible education initiatives, founded in adult learning principles.

OUR VISION
Our vision - We believe that supporting Internationally Educated Healthcare Professionals enriches the experiences of all involved in healthcare experiences. For some, language skills development presents itself as a key priority for integration into the Canadian workplace environment. We also continually recognize intercultural communicative competency as key to professional integration and success. We strive to customize and innovate learning solutions that are context, client and role-competency specific.
SERVICES
Program Innovation - from analyzing client and end-user challenges, to developing assessment frameworks and sustainable models of delivery, we create programs to fulfill organizational needs and fill learner gaps interfering with successful workforce integration.
Facilitator Development - both within programs created and delivered by Universally Speaking, and on a consultancy basis, we engage facilitators in professional development to support advanced course and program delivery techniques.
Blended Learning Initiatives - as accessibility and engagement drive the impact of education interventions, we work to leverage technology alongside in-person delivery modes.
Assessment Tools - We create, translate and deliver assessments, ranging from program evaluative measures to tools for individual assessment.
